Staff were wonderful, particularly the two female staff in the outdoor dining area at breakfast time, the housekeeping staff member who thoughtfully arranged our Son’s Pokémon soft toys on the pillows each day, and Juliano from the evening bar staff. Lovely room upgrade too. Thanks, we hope to return."

"Overall this hotel is EXCELLENT. The staff, every single one we encountered was very friendly, accommodating and willing to help. The rooms are VERY clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet includes a good variety of options. The property is off the main road by the marina where you go for day cruises. You definitely need a vehicle. That said, if you are good with a quiet area and car to explore during the day, i recommend this hotel."

"We booked this place thinking that it would be a good stay during our time at Naxos. Far from the truth. Upon arrival, someone who we did not understand and he did not understand us showed up to show us the stay. After staying in the room for about one hour, the AC in the main bedroom that my wife and I and baby would be sleeping in started dripping water.
