"We stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon a few days ago and absolutely loved it! We had the signature room, that has its own private jacuzzi. The location is perfect, it’s walking distance to Fira, lots of restaurants and shops, without being over crowded and over priced in Oia. The staff were very helpful and so friendly, our room was very clean. Breakfast was good, and amazing view! We used their airport shuttle services and set up a taxi with the front desk to take us to Athinios Port to catch our ferry. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini."

"Beautiful property with great view and central location. Bar and reception staff were incredible. Pool was freezing and therefore was, for most of my visit, unused by majority of guests- it would be good for the hotel to invest in a heater. Sun beds were comfortable - it would be nicer if you offered service (instead of having to go to bar for a drink and food). Air conditioning unit was placed on the wall over my bed and literally kept me awake most nights (sounded as if there was a hurricane outside)."

"I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"
