"The room was very clean, the staff came in and made the beds and restocked the items as needed. Super friendly staff and they gave us a condolence card for our loss. We were in town for a sick relative and returned for the funeral and rebooked directly through the hotel"
"the employees were nice. parking was great. nice wide hallways. room was clean and air conditioning worked great. bed comfy. pillows a bit hard. didn't notice there were no bath towels until after the shower. used the hand towels then front desk gave me bath ones when i mentioned it. maintenance fixed the lamp when i let them know it was flickering. It was crowded with kids so couldn't enjoy the pool at all, but that's not the fault of the hotel, just a let down for me. I'd stay again."
"I stay at a lot of pet friendly, less expensive hotels. This Best Value Inn is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Room climate responded to adjustments (yay). Staff was friendly and helpful. Skip the lobby breakfast. Very easy on/off interstate. "
