"Room was not cleaned well before check in, had to request new blankets due to being dirty. Walls had some kind of food smeared on it, bathroom floor still had someone else’s hair and also Barbie toys under sink on floor. Watched someone else’s kid pee in a chair next to the kitchen and when I told staff they said they would take care of it. Didn’t even ask me to show them what chair I was talking about. Watched for a while and never saw anyone come clean it. Hot tub was falling apart. Won’t be staying here again. "

"Second visit to this property. The first was 5 stars all around. Now, 18 months later, it seems as if the property needs a refresh--and appears to be getting one. Our room was clean but a bit cramped and frayed. Mattress needed to be replaced (my wife and I seemed to be rolling toward the middle). Breakfast was fine. Supplies were plentiful despite a crew of hungry teens (and families) from a sports team beating us and (temporarily) occupying most of the area. I like the location: just off the Interstate and close to our final destination. I'll try again in a few months, hoping remodeling is completed. "

"Breakfast could have had a better selection. Your hotel room is actually 12.00 higher because of a parking fee. This includes handicap. There were plenty of parking spots. I’m tired of these extra fees since there are not very many amenities. "
