"After driving for 7 hours we arrived around 2am, when we walked in there was no one at the front desk to greet us. There was a sitting area with the tv on and what looked like blankets and food. After about 5 mins, a lady came from the back. She wasn’t rude but not pleasant either really, just kind of there. Be aware they charge a $40 incidental fee, which I was not aware of at the time of booking. It does not state that anywhere when booking. When we got in our room, it smelled nice but after upon looking more, the room was in horrible condition. Broken drawers, burn holes in the blankets, the shower curtain was stained, exposed wires & the TV would NOT turn on. My husband messed with it for about 15 mins and we finally got it to turn on but no channels. Considering it was almost 3am this point we gave up & went to sleep. That’s when we seen a ROACH on the dresser! At that point we decided we were gone! I informed the front desk & she stated I’d get the incidental fee back in 24/72 hours! I want the entire thing refunded! Just horrible."

"Room very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Gave me 2 fresh baked cookies on arrival and a bottle of water with my name on it at checkout. Told me I could get 10% off my dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door by showing my room key card. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good."
