The apartment was totally renovated recently and looks gorgeous. Karin is an amazing hostess. She made two phone calls to a hotel where I had left some items and texted me to keep me in the loop. I highly recommend this lodging!

從慕尼黑出發到那距離有點遠，提前2個小時告知飯店我們時間可能會晚點，希望等我們一小時，當時的回應讓我們傻眼直接回答不行後，掛我們電話，過了一回會兒我們再試圖打去溝通說願意多付錢請他等我們一小時，態度隨即又不同，這樣的服務說真的感覺很差，房間很漂亮舒適，非常喜歡，但還是對這次住宿留下很差的印象，這是我們這趟德國行碰到最差的服務

Karin’s place is AMAZING! Easy drive to Salzburg. Karin is a wonderful host and made sure we had maps, information. She answers emails very quickly. The laundry is an added bonus. I would return over and over.

We loved everything about our stay. Karin was a wonderful host and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Loved the village of Adnet with a little local supermarket, larger supermarkets 5 minutes away by car and Salzburg only 20 minutes away by car with a very easy Park & Ride facility if preferred.

평안한 시골마을의 숙박(lodging of a peaceful country)

자동차없이 짤츠부르그 여행이 주목적이신 분들은 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 짤츠에서 자동차로 30분 정도 떨어진 아주 시골마을에 위치해 있습니다. 그러나 근처 베르히테스가덴의 이글스 네스트있는 산을 간다면 가까운 위치의 아파트형 호텔입니다. 주인도 친절하고 시골집 개조하고 옆에 다시 룸들을 새로지어서 깨끗하고 앞마당의 주차공간, 룸안에 작은 부엌있습니다. 한적한 시골풍경마을의 친척집에 놀러온듯한 소박한 느낌의 숙박을 원하시면 괜찮은 곳입니다. If you focus to see Salzburg only, I don't recommend this hotel because it is quite remoted small villeage of country from Salzburg(22km, half hour by car). But if you go to Berchtesgaden's Eagles nest or cycling, good place to stay.Owner lady is kind.It is a renovated country house and new build up rooms are clean.free parking and small kitchen in room.Nice place to enjoy small country view and house.

A bit tricky to find initially but Karin was really helpful when we first arrived and the apartment was great for our family 2 day stay. The village is very limited in terms of eating out but very handy for getting into Salzburg by park and ride. Also a relatively short drive to the Eagle’s Nest.

The scenery around this property was gorgeous, and the nearby town is easily navigated. There is a wonderful bakery and a small grocery store. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are modern and attractive. Small kitchenette in our room made it easy to eat even if we missed meal times at restaurants because of our jetlag. No air-conditioning, but we bought a fan for the heat wave during our stay. The host, Karin, speaks English and is very gracious. We loved our stay at this property.

Nice for family

Very nice. If you travel with car it's not far from Saltzburg. Kind host and clean and comfortable room, beddings, amenities and kitchenwares. I recommend to family travelers.

!The Best place in Salzburgland

The place is clean highly equipt with all the stuff needed for staying, with great kitchen and wonderful living room and bed rooms. Karin was just perfect! She helped us in finding the right places for groceries and a very good restaurant. The location of the villa is also perfect! 20 min from Salzburg and less then an hour from all the best attraction salzburgland has to offer. We will defenatly come again!!!

Retreat in the mountains minutes away from Town

Very Warm Welcome from Karin to this beautiful Villa in the mountains just outside of Salzburg. This was a perfect location for us being between Salzburg and Hallstatt and the mountain scenery was over whelming to say the least. Spectacular experience! Karin is the best Host we have ever encountered and we travel extensively.

المكان ممتاز و هدوء و استرخاء صاحبة الفندق متساعده جدا والمكان للاستجمام فقط و لا يزيد عن يومين لانه بعد عن سنتر سالزبورغ و يحتاج سيارة و لا يوجد موصلات عامة في القرية و لكن للامانة فندق ممتاز و واسعه و نظيف و ممتاز مقابل المال انصح كل واحد يبغ هدواء و استرخاء ياخذه يبعد عن سنتر سالزبوغ تقريبا 38 كيلو يوجد غسالة ملابس بمقابل مالي
