The area is amazing. Some of the staff (i.e. Luz) were amazing and other seems to just walk through the motions. Overall, the place is great but it is a bit dated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Our “Villa” was not clean, dead bugs on floors, toilet ring, needs a good deep cleaning. Staff pleasant , surrounding area is beautiful in the mountains. Sunday breakfast was buffet, and not very good. Monday breakfast made to order and good

I like the staff, the sound of the birds and nature of life, is so quite and cozy staying away from the suburban. I think they need to improve of building recreation area for kids because the one they have are so old tha any kid can’t get heard also I tink the welcome building need some paint

The property is due a face lift and rooms could be cleaner. But the major issue is the inhumane treatment of the animals on the property. Animals in cages they don't fit in. Some were very sick. It was trully heartbreaking.

False advertising!

The place pictured went under. The business moved across the street. We were told they had the same amenities and the staff was very nice but the picture and description I held in my hand had nothing in common. What I paid for and was excited to experience was not what we were offered. The picture should not still be posted!
