"The shower system is broken. There was cold water coming from the shower. When we told the hotel staff, they simply told us to wait longer for the shower water to become warm. We had waited 20 min, but the water was still cold. In total we had to go the hotel staff more than 3 times to repeat that it didn’t work. We wasted almost an hour and the staff were not helping. In the end the employee went to our shower and said we need to try turning it on and off a few times and just patiently...

"Vi var två familjer, totalt 10 personer, som bodde två veckor på denna fantastiska villa. Huset har allt du behöver, sängarna är sköna och AC-n fungerade utmärkt förutom i översta våningen som blev mycket varm, särskilt rummet som inte hade AC, men den hade en stor fläkt som fungerade helt ok.
