Exceeded Expectation

This apartment was in a great location being close to the city outskirts but super quiet you could hear a pin drop. The three bedrooms were loely and spacious. So many toilets and bathrooms all with provided shampoo, conditioner, body was and hand soap. Kitchen had the essentials needed to cook and coffee pods too. Well equipped with cleaning supplies made it easy to care for this place like it was our own home.

This is an amazing property. Quiet and safe area. Close to the City and The Parade. The stairs involved in a 3 level home can be a little tricky and car parking is best for a smaller car. Great value for money, I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the apartment at Little Grenfell. Very close to all the action at Norwood & Norwood Oval where we needed to be every day. The apartment was very clean & fresh and it was very generous in supplying extra supplies eg paper towel, toilet paper, oil. Not many places do that & it was appreciated! Urban Rest were very good to deal with & prompt to respond. Highly recommend!!
