"Before arrival, I specifically called the hotel to request a simple arrangement to make my stay more comfortable. The staff member I spoke with acknowledged the request and assured me it would be taken care of. However, upon check-in, it was clear that nothing had been done. There was no note of my request, and no effort had been made to prepare or accommodate it. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of accountability. Even though there were no basic water supply in the room…"

"Great hotel located almost in the heart of the city. Good location if you are working north of the city - its easy to get to that part of town from the Stamford. Clean, modern rooms and you can walk to almost all of the CBD easily from this location. Many places to eat at all hours of the day - again within an easy walk."

"Had a good 6-night stay here with a colleague. Conveniently in walking distance to the conference centre. The staff were responsive to a couple issues we had with the cleanliness of the bathroom after housekeeping one day and another issue we had with the sink. The breakfast was alright with good options beyond your usual continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
