Firstly thank you so much for this unbelievable review in fact I think in my ten years of running the motel I was totally blown away by your kind words. Our property is only small but we aim to make customers feel that they are at a home away from home and I would have to agree our position is absolutely top notch for guests who like to wander the beautiful tree lined streets to shop and eat at all the lovely small and unique shops and enjoy some authentic German food and of course beer along the way. We are glad you enjoyed the modern comforts of the Executive Spa Suite at the Stables in the very near future it is customers like yourself that keep us going each day. With sincere gratitude…….

Thanks for taking the time to review us, we are so so sorry about the Restaurant next door, it’s very convenient but most of the food outlets in Hahndorf serve breakfast so unfortunately they have an early kickstart. I glad you enjoyed the room and our small town nevertheless.

We are so so sorry for the milk issue but trust this did not spoil your stay in Hahndorf.

We are sorry that your experience at the Stables was not up to expectations. The location can be fantastic as we are centrally located but that also means noise from other guests coming and going and people from the main street can be heard as the rooms do front the public access area so we apologise for this aspect. I guess we are damned if we do and damned if we dont do housekeeping for guests staying more than one night to clear rubbish bins and give the carpet a quick vacuum along with restocking of any room amenities. The room in question was also recently painted and the carpets steam cleaned so housekeeping opened the window just to let some fresh air circulate, we apologise if you felt your personal belongings were at risk, I can assure you any person trying to obtain access to the rooms through the tight window opening would be caught on security cameras, Again thanks for your feedback and Management will address your other concerns.
