I liked staying at Splash. It has everything needed to enjoy your stay. The only thing needed is more water pressure. You cannot run two taps at once and the hot water cylinder must be a long way from room 203 as it takes some time for hot water reach the tap which is a waste of power. I would still recommend Splash Apartments. Thanks

I stayed at the ‘Standard Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Beach View’ for 4nights, the stay was nice and pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and clean; quiet to stay; bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. All the televisions had netflex, youtube, and amazon installed, so there are plenty of tv shows to watch at night. The only drawback would be not being able to see the beach from the balcony although it claims itself to be a ‘beach view ‘ unit. It may be due to the fact that the unti I stayed at was on the 1st floor

A most comfortable, clean, spacious and well appointed apartment in a convenient locality, close to cinema, shops, a variety of eating places and the beach. Easy access to parking and friendly check-in. A rare gem in a quiet, attractive sea-side location.

Beautiful apartment, good location
Gorgeous, clean, new apartment, beautifully furnished. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. Only improvement I could suggest would be doonas on the beds as I’m not a fan of blankets but that’s just a personal preference. Lots of great cafes nearby for breakfast. Was a really lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend.

The Splash Apartment we stayed in was one of the best ever. Could not fault it at all. Location is perfect for beach and eateries. One dpwn point was the fact that some minor building work was being carried out but to theor credit ot didnt start untill 9am. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Oz Tour 2018
Wonderful modern apartment, on the quiet main street in Semaphore with a limited side view to the beach at the end of the street. The apartment is well equipped if you want to self cater, while the street has every option to eat out. The beach front area is only a 5-10 minute walk and delightful, clean white sand & safe bathing, a playground and the lovely miniature steam railway ( seasonal & weekends). Also a beach café for snacks and ice creams. Semaphore is only 30-45 minutes by train or bus from the centre of Adelaide, plus there is a major shopping mall at West Lakes about 15 minutes away, along side the international rowing lake. Port Adelaide, The Adelaide Hills, The McClaren & Barossa Valley wine regions and some lovely countryside surround Semaphore. Probably the most relaxing stop on our trip.

Beautiful place in a friendly Adelaide suburb
It was a haven right in the midst of great places to eat, a beautiful beach for walks, friendly helpful locals and very relaxing.

What an awesome place to stay spacious, clean & affordable - choice of places to eat all within 5 minutes walk or stay in & cook with 2 supermarkets close by. Choose the front balcony & people watch or take the upstairs secluded one for some quiet time.....

Nice location, next door to Picture theatre.
This was a great location in Adelaide. Plenty of places to eat. Next door to a picture theatre where tickets were only $8.00 per Movie. Big TV in Lounge about a 75 Inch, TV,s in both bedrooms of the two bedroom apartment. Washer and Drier, onsuite to the main bedroom and separate bathroom including bath and shower. Full size kitchen. The units are about 7 months old, NEW. It included three airconditioners, a Balcony and double glazing so nice and quite. It also had off street parking at the rear. I would recommend these units. The owners were very helpful.

Lovely, spacious, extremely well appointed. Great location. Although on main road it's very quiet. Definitely recommend. One small item missing- a box of tissues (no biggie)

Outstanding Accommodation
We loved every minute of our stay. The accomodation was modern. The beds were supr comfortable. There was a lift to take you up to our apartment. We had a balcony view down Semaphore Road.

Absolutely lovely, close to the beach
The apartment was absolutely lovely! When I walked in it actually looked as good as it does in the photos! Great facilities, easy parking, close to beach and restaurants, spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless and worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Great place, great location.
We had a 2 night stay whilst visiting family nearby. The location is right on the main strip of shops so everything you need is at your doorstep. Grab a good coffee at Mr Pilgrims a couple of doors away and take a short stroll to the beach! New and clean, a very pleasant and easy experience all round.

We loved the apartment, spacious clean & quiet
Friendly and prompt when we needed an extra towel. Walking distance to all shops and beach. Short distance to West Lakes shopping centre and 20 mins to the city. We will stay again :)

Brand New Apartments - Excellent Location
Huge apartment - like a home away from home. You feel like you are part pf the street as the apartments sit on top of shops below. You get great balcony views of the action below.

Brand new complex in a great location. The apartment is modern, spacious and very contemporary. The view of Semaphore Road is fantastic. Great shopping and eateries. Beach is a bonus. Very helpful staff (replaced my lost card key late at night)
