Stayed three nights in April 2024. Paid extra for balcony room - worthwhile. Spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. Lovely bed. Good meal and Nice ambiance in hotel restaurant

The Pullman was fantastic for an easy check in process, and services provided. It is easy walking distance to any local amenities you might need; whether that be a pharmacy, supermarket.

Hotel itself is very good, however a little bit inconvenience with no car parking in the building. Have to park in the next building and walk back to Hotel. Additional charge every day with no detail explanation. We saw carpark saying $30 per day and Hotel charged us $33/day. When we went to ask staff and they were unable to answer the question. Overall is alright.

Thank you for your review Shengli.Valet parking is available onsite - my team park for your. The UPark directly is 30 for 1 entry/1 exit.Our tickets at 33 are multiple entry and exit for 24 hours - come and go as much as your like for 24 hours from the first entry.
Breakfast is a bit expensive for the quality and variety of food. Also no chef was available to prepare eggs so I felt I overpaid. I had to eat outside the hotel later.

My stay was pleasant, it was unfortunate the sauna was not working and the steam room wasn’t working properly

Thank you for your review Jeffery, Just like at home, we do sadly have maintenance breakdowns also. We work quickly to rectify any issues that arise to avoid our guests dissatisfaction. Sometimes though, parts take time to arrive. We are sorry you this impacted your time with us.
The hotel is in a good location and is good value for money for what I paid.
The service is good and breakfast was worth paying for.
Its a hotel I would book again

This hotel was very lovely and clean. I would rank the breakfast buffet at 12 out of 10, it was really excellent with hot and cold options for any possible breakfast preference.

The most comfiest bed! Great location, note that if you park it is a five minute walk to Rundle Street but not an issue but good to know and drop your stuff off first if using the car park. Bonus points for Nespresso pods!
