Great Location
Excellent location within walking distance to Adelaide CBD, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Team members most helpful and Curtis, no request to big or small. Parkland opposite, great for those with children, or seeking the opportunity for some fresh air and exercise during your stay.

Bedroom Chair was a shocker, old, sunken and needs to be thrown out. Bathroom cobbled together with old tiles, door locks hard to operate, No soap or conditioner provided.

Lovely historic property, clean, comfortable, everything has been thought of & provided. Plus the added bonus of breakfast being included. Only a few minutes walk to the free connector bus into the city. I enjoyed my 5-night stay.

It is a magnificent old house, like something out of a movie. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable. We are planning to stay there again in November as it is ideally located close to all the Restaurants. It's also quite straightforward to get back onto the road home.

three days for the LIV golf and found the transport .really close, breakfast uncluded which was very adequate. Quiet area room very comfortable ownersd very friendly and accomodating

Very conveniently located near a playground for the kids and a great variety of food vendors on O’Connell street. Breakfast in the morning included in the price, a great place to stay!!

We wre in an external room, pretty run down looking and very small by Australian standards. Quite a lot of aircraft noise, and was probably made worse by the room we were in. Under normal circumstances would probably look elsewhere

Great location at Princes Lodge.
Accommodation in Adelaide during the AFL Gather round was at a premium and hence pricing was somewhat higher than normal, but that's to be expected. Princes Lodge is more like a guest house with basic rooms and a large dining room where a small breakfast is provided. The premises are somewhat old but if you are looking for somewhere simply to sleep, this does the job. It does not provide the other comforts some motels do such as pools, foxtel, gyms etc. Bed was reasonably comfortable and wi-fi worked well. This property provided reasonable value. Located a 10 minute walk from North Adelaide shopping precinct and 25 minute walk to the Adelaide oval. A lovely park was directly accross the road which provided an early morning walk.

Unique older property with character and creature comforts. Enjoyed the breakfasts in the lovely sunny dining room. Fantastic parkland opposite for exercise. Easy walk to zoo, oval and city. Helpful friendly hosts.

This is a beautiful older facility which oozes character, and provides more than adequate facilities. The staff are warm and inviting, and will do their best to help with any problems. Parking is easy, nice brekky room, lovely parklands around, and an easy walk to good food area. Not quite a walk to the city centre, but if yr reasonably fit, no probs.. Bike tracks aplenty close by.

Spent a night at princes lodge during the adelaide 500. Staff are very helpful and polite. Room was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our short stay. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Breakfast was a nice little bonus with staff being very accommodating to my coeliac allergy by providing me with gluten free bread. It might have been a small gesture, but it meant alot to me. Would definitely recommend princes lodge. Thanks for hacing us

Excellent from start to finish, pleasant reception, this makes all the difference and puts you at ease and in a good frame of mind right from the start. Very comfortable room which was nice and quiet. Easy parking, only a short walk to a fantastic dining area with lots of variety available. I was sorry when our stay ended.

What a charming "little" B & B. I love the old, converted mansions, they are chock a block full of character. Princes Lodge is an amazing looking place. I hired one of the large rooms for 1 night, very spacious, full of charm and comfortable. Will definitely return next time I need to overnight (or longer) in Adelaide. A very happy customer.
