"A truly excellent little hotel at the east end of Rundle Street with very spacious and functional guest rooms, the only negatives being the poor lighting over the vanity and the very slippery bath - a bit of a hazard for those of us of advanced years. The staff are very obliging, really reflecting what the hospitality industry is all about, and the portions on the breakfast menu are very generous. Location-wise, the hotel is convenient for free tram and bus services and surrounded by excellent restaurants offering almost any cuisine that you might fancy. What more could you want?"

"Good sized rooms, very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms good size buy shower over bath a bit small and slippy. Foyer and bar very grand indeed and serve very good cocktails (especially during happy hour) Location in city is very central to all highlights and has a bit of life around even early in week. A few trendy bars very close. (Bank St Social and Hains) Great value with swimming pool etc. Recommend to all."

"Good cheap hotel that is close to all the action. The staff were amazing - very friendly and accomodating, especially Hassan. He got our large group's 7x rooms che cked in quick at 12pm, when we arrived tired from early morning traveling. He was also very flexible with our 11am checkout, which spilled over closer to 12pm for some of our tired guests who worked late into thje evening the njight prior."
