A great option when flying . No breakfast available there or nearby. Restaurant not too exciting…very basic for dinner. Room was fine. Staff were excellent, accommodating and welcoming.

Be aware there is No lift to access upstairs rooms so don’t bring large suitcases as you need to lug them up two flights of stairs to the first floor and down again. Rooms were clean and basic.

No frills but comfy enough

The reception staff were very lovely and helpful. The location was outside of the inner city so perfect for the airport but not great for the city - $20 Uber to city one way. The motel itself was defo no frills. Bed, tv, desk, shower with gels etc, kettle. Not very sound proofed but comfortable enough. We stayed 3 nights although probably more of a one night stay type place. Lots of leaflets on things to do, a packed breakfast option available, and a fantastic ‘dial a taxi’ bell on front desk.

I had a late check-in and when I arrived to collect my key from the night safe was met by whom I assume was a manager. Instantly, he was rude and unwelcoming. Not a good precedent to set before your guest has even set foot inside the building.

The staff were rude and demanding. The lady behind the the desk wasn't up front with extra costs. The toilet had broken flush, the shower wasn't hot enough.

We stayed there for one night. After we checked out, we were charged about $3 for eating the chocolate that was in the room. We told them that we didn’t eat any of the snacks that were in the room. I emailed them and was told that the lady who was looking into it will return to work on Thursday. I don’t understand why she didn’t tell someone to look into it while she was off for a few days. The next thing we were charged was the credit card surcharge. She said that we booked through Expedia and Expedia didn’t charge us for the credit surcharge. We were not happy with these two charges.
