"Staff were incredibly helpful although only one room key provided. When I explained that my partner and myself were going out in different directions for a while we were told to leave the key at front desk. I returned before my partner and picked up the key upon my return, when he returned he couldn’t remember the room number and reception refused to tell him which created unnecessary frustration"
