Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!

We have just come back from a 9 night stay at RGV - it was a truly magical holiday! The staff are the best ever I have ever met - always willing to go over and beyond and so incredibly friendly and smiley. Tom. Fantastic hotel AAA+ Great food great facilities and great staff 👍🏼 Some nice touches too when we informed them before arrival it was our 10th wedding anniversary .Couldn't fault the place and had a really relaxing stay. Had the best steak ever at the onsite restaurant Zucos .The private pool was heated, the fridge was filled with welcome drinks and the staff never stopped smiling . Great holiday and hoping to return with more friends and family next year .

Ultra modern, very clean, good situation well away from mass tourist resorts. Maybe more attention could have been given to the suite before our arrival - There were quite a few technical hitches, which were corrected after we reported them.

It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

This hotel is overall fantastic. The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean. There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away. Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance. This hotel is in the upmarket area so these restaurants are also quite pricey so bring twice the money and half the clothes! Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

Lovely week at this great hotel. Location is great in La Caleta and far enough away from the very built up resorts. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, food was simple but very fresh and we really enjoyed our stay. As an Expedia VIP, we were treated as a VIP by the hotel which is always nice! We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. We stayed in sea view room which had lovely views over gardens across to the sea. Pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the food. We were planning on eating out a few times but changed our minds. The speciality restaurants were both good. The quality of the evening entertainment was varied, some better than others. Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into ensuring clients are comfortable and want for nothing! There are some lovely touches - too many to mention! The only qualm we had is we paid for an Ocean View Room but was more a partial/side view - there appears to be only a handful of ‘true’ sea view rooms, so we’ll be mindful of this when booking next time. THIS WAS SOMETHING MINOR in an otherwise great stay.

This is one of these best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s fairly close to tourist activities with a great sea view. The staff made us feel welcomed, and was greeted everyday (even by the cleaners and electricians) You could tell that everyone was happy and enjoyed working within this hotel.
