"The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities. "

"Most people didn’t seem to have AI and so certain items not an available and pool bar / resturant menu fairly restrictive. Plenty activities and animation team activities. Tennis courts no longer exist which was a shame - 1squash court available. Pool areas wonderful loads of beds but busy. Nice thick cushions. All staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly. "

"Amazing time in Tivoli, a beautiful hotel but the staff definitely made it - so helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Pool facilities were excellent. We only had the garden room but it was lovely, and was cleaned very thoroughly every day."

"Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent"
