"Room was clean, although a little dated, with no shower. Breakfast was great and staff were really lovely."

"The location was excellent, the room very nice with a decent view, staff were very helpful, and we appreciated the free drink for foregoing a room cleaning. The only problem was that I was charged again for a room I had prepaid, but this was remedied when I brought it to staff's attention. The medieval cellar is pretty interesting. "

The room was large and on the same floor as the reception so it was easy for us to bring in our luggage, we had a real bathtub that worked - as opposed to some of our other hotels where the bathtub did not work - the staff was helpful, the place was charming and in Bruges the location was just great. You can walk anywhere in Bruges so this was a good place to spring from. It was quiet, the bed was great. All good things to say about this one!"
