"It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money."

"We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. "This is a budget hotel. My room was only £35 so my expectations were not very high and I was prepared to put up with whatever. But in many ways I was pleasantly surprised. They had a secure place to keep my bicycle overnight which is very important to me. The room was clean and prepared with fresh towels etc. The only two reasons I didn't give 5 stars is that there was no hot water. As the reception was only staffed for a few hours I found out too late to ask anyone for help. My second point is that a five a clock check in time is really a bit late. But then I knew that when I booked."
