Location is good. Issue is not a human being on site. All is done virtually. Unsure if a human or AI behind it. We tripped with code to entry door to house (incorrect one was sent) and called a number and individual barely spoke English. He appears to take calls for multiple boutique hotels.

The apartment was clean located in a safe area and 15 minutes walk to the city center.
