Breakfast is amazing

We really enjoyed this place. It was really okay and everything was good. I couldn’t find any fault. The views are beautiful. Their breakfast is on the top of the roof. Beautiful view very clean too many options for breakfast. Very friendly service. I Cannot recommend enough

Adana hotel stay

Parking was difficult as there isn’t any. The room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. The door to the room was very hard to open and much force was required. The room was not 100% cleaned,there was toilet paper and old slippers under the bed .There was no sheet on the bed just a blanket.

Personel oldukça ilgili, teras göl manzarası mükemmel, kahvaltı gayet yeterli, otelin iç ve dış dizaynı çok güzel ancak çarşaflar yırtık ve kokuyor, klima filtrelerini kurulduğundan beri gören yoktur diye tahmin ediyorum sağlam bir boğaz kuruluğuna hazır olun, oda küf ve sigara kokuyor, yerde kim ne zamandan kalan kuruyemişler vardı, yastıkta saç telleri vardı muhtemelen temizlik anlayışları odayı havalandırmaktan ibaret

Göl Manzaralı Kahvaltı

Otel personeli çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever idi. Özellikle kahvaltı salonundaki görevli arkadaşlar adeta bizi evinde ağırlıyor gibiydiler. Otopark olarak otelin hemen karşısındaki ücretsiz otopark alanını kullandık, otelin hemen önündeki sokak biraz dar olduğundan pek güvenemedim. Kaldığımız oda temiz ve havardardı, soğutma (Adana sıcağında) geyet yeterliydi. Kahvaltısını da beğendik, çeşitler gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi, ayrıca kahvaltı salonunun manzarası muhteşemdi. Rahatsız etmeyin yazısı yoktu, dolayısıyla odada gündüz dinlenirken kapıya asamadım.

Nice place and excellent service. The room had a very nice view. However, the rooms and hall way smells like cigarette smoke. We had to air out the room and get room spray to manage the smell.

girdiğim ilk oda felaket şekilde tuvalet kokuyordu ve kapısı bozuktu. rica ettim değiştirdiler. bu kez de banyo bataryası paslı, klozet kapağı kırık bir oda verdiler. 1 gece kalacağım için idare ederim diyerek tekrar değişim talep etmedim. üst katlarda kardeşim ailesiyle kalıyordu, onların odasında da aynı durumu görünce genel olarak otelin böyle olduğunu gördüm. kapılar arızalı, kartla 4-5 kez denemeden açılmıyor. bir de ses yalıtımı berbat, çok detaya girmeyeceğim ama yan tarafı çok rahat duyabildim gecenin 2.30uğuna kadar. hoş değildi.

Otelin konumu harika. Göl manzaralı oda seçtik, çok güzel bir manzarası vardı. İlgi alaka personel çok iyiydi. Oda ve banyo gayet temizdi. Çok ciddi para harcanmış, tablolar, aynalar gayet hoştu. Kahvaltı da gayet tatminkar idi. Tek olumsuz şey klozet kapağı sararmıştı. Bu kadar para harcandığı halde niçin buna dikkat edilmemiş anlayamadım. Genel olarak harika bir deneyimdi. Tekrar kalmak isteriz.

Excellent stay

It was an excellent stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful- special thanks to Mr. Idris. The views from rooftop were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. If i go to Adana again, I will prefer this hotel again.
