The room was wet/ humid, the bed was damp. You couldn't open the slider door. The room wasn't the cleanest and was in poor condition. Rust, mold, and fake eye lashes in the bathroom/on the sink. Im confused about the 8 out of 10. The staff was great.

Room was not touched in 3 days. Made my own bed, emptied my own trash cans. Shower is more of a sprinkle. No dresser or closet for clothes. Clothes are put on hangers and hung on pegs on the wall. Never again…
