The room was wet/ humid, the bed was damp. You couldn't open the slider door. The room wasn't the cleanest and was in poor condition. Rust, mold, and fake eye lashes in the bathroom/on the sink. Im confused about the 8 out of 10. The staff was great.

This hotel is so clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We were in an accessible room, but we didn’t like the shower set up and the mattresses needs to be replaced. Otherwise we do love to stay at this hotel.
