"Hats off to the hotel managerial team and the helpful staff. I had a wonderful time there. Well-installed, all things needed were in the room. Clean, neat, and good taste. The hotel is located in a mall that is not in great shape; the hotel itself is like an oasis and is really well-furnished especially when compared to its surroundings. The team was exceedingly helpful, ensured that I got to the airport on time to catch an early plane. The price was great. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, for anyone concerned. "Kitchenette is old, drawers and cabinets full of mice droppings, Wires hanging everywhere, bed was covered with dirty stained blankets instead of bed sheets, mattress was old and worn. Shower is old and needed a makeover. Didn’t drain properly. Other residents were loud and easily heard through the thin walls. Parking was a problem as we. One star rating was generous. Sadly too many issues overall. "
