"Great hotel , big room and everything was up to expectations"

"Perfect"

"Nothing was good except the two guys in the front desk, Night Shift, and day shift guy. That’s it I don’t have nothing to say"

"Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. "

"Excellent property and staff. If I visit Muscat again I will stay here again"

"Spacious, comfortable room(s). Staff very welcoming and helpful Great value for money and a great location to explore the local area"

"There were past reviews which rate the property was bad. But realy I enjoyed my stay, the staff were helpful. The location is near to mall and restaurants. You can find many taxes near by."

"The whole building stinks from the reception to the individual rooms. The smell gave me headache. The chairs are dirty. The sheets are stained. The furniture is old. "

"⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Avoid Booking Through Third Parties I booked this property through an online travel agency and arrived to find my reservation was not properly handled. I was left stranded late at night with no support and had to search for alternative accommodation entirely on my own. The stress and inconvenience of being turned away after a long journey was extremely upsetting. No assistance was offered to help me find a solution, and I had to sort everything myself in an...

"The grocery is near by, also some restaurants. I dislike the cleanness of the kitchen, there are some insects. "

Ramadaniin vedoten emme saaneet lainkaan aamiaista."

"Spacious apartment "

"Great and personalized communication by manager as our arrival was delayed. He called twice and demonstrated honest empathy not some corporate PR nonsense."

"Cheap, big rooms. Nice pressure on the water. Friendly staff."

"This was close to the airport and a good value, but the description of each apartment was inaccurate on Travelocity, which is not something you want to find out about when you arrive after midnight with 2 kids in tow. I hope they fix their Travelocity entry. Namely, we chose a Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment, which was described as offering a King sized bed AND two Twin beds, sleeps 6 people. This was not the case for this apartment, so they gave us a 2 bedroom instead, which has this offering. I...

"Good location, spacious apartment a little run down but clean and all amenities you need, good value."
