"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nixon the lodge manager assisted us in taking our luggage to the room. All of the lodges are connected by a wooden walkway in the bush. The rooms were very nice and recently renovated. There is a great viewing deck where you can view the wild life. We saw 6 giraffes and several impalas the morning we were checking out which was exciting!! I would definitely recommend the Panzi Lodge to others! "

There was an A/C but it didnt work, power socket didnt work, not even a toilet seat.. it's R150 for a basic toilet seat it's not much to ask for in a room. There was a large amount of dust in the room, to a point you could feel it coming down from the roof while you were laying in bed. The place looks like it might have been nice 10 years ago but hasnt seen a day of maintanance in years....

"There are absolutely no negatives to write about Moditlo River Lodge. We had the most amazing 4-night stay. All the staff were kind, helpful and nothing was an issue to them. We had read reviews saying the food was good but we were pleasantly surprised with how good! Every meal we had was great, especially as we were lucky enough to have braai for two evening meals."
