We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us. "We had such a lovely time at this property. It is so beautiful- the buildings, the grounds, the pool, the beach, everything. We enjoyed wonderful massages and facials at the charming spa too. Breakfast was delightful, the restaurant for dinner was good, but the menu was a bit limiting for our family of 5. Rooms are clean and large, but I suggest they introduce more special, more unique toiletries like many high-end hotels in Italy. That special touch always seems to make the experience smell and feel better, especially when in the spa too. I highly recommend this property!"

"We had a lovely stay at Nautilus Hotel. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, beach clubs, restaurants, and shops, making it a great base for exploring Giardini Naxos and Taormina. The only downside was the lack of storage space in the Classic Room. There wasn’t enough wardrobe or drawer space for clothes, which made it a little difficult to unpack during our stay. Apart from that, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily stay here again."

"The property was in the best possible location, walking everywhere was so easy. The staff were helpful and the room was well maintained and cleaned every day. The air conditioning was excellent. The shower was faulty and the water cold but that didn't worry us as it was so hot! Bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was OK - we don't have the sweet tooth as the locals seem to and so it was not to our taste but the range and quality very good."
