A true gem - very helpful staff and in an excellent area. Beautiful rooms.

Great Hotel - Special thanks to Valentina on reception who is brilliant at her job

Great hotel with good facilities, friendly staff and nice rooms. The breakfast was very good. A fantastic place to stay!

Stayed here for 4 nights with friends. Drove past the entrance on arrival and had to take a detour to get back to it but once we arrived what a lovely surprise. The hotel staff are lovely. Our rooms both had French doors that led out onto the garden which was a nice place to gather and have a drink in the evening. The hotel is situated next to a busy road and railway line but we did not notice any excessive noise. We ate in the restaurant a couple nights and would also recommend this. The...

When we arrived at Hotel Nettuno we were greeted by the staff and made to feel welcome. We booked a room with a sea view, although there's no beach close by, the view was still fantastic, overlooking the ocean from the front, and Mount Etna from the rear. Room was cleaned every day, by polite staff, breakfast was plain, but ample supplies. there's a bus stop right outside hotel for trips into town, although it is a long walk if you don't want to use public transport. Close by there's...

Great check in, lovely apartment, very central. Accommodating host, very helpful with which bus stop to get off at etc! Hugs thanks to Anna who looked after us wonderfully xx

Room was perfect for what we needed - shower was great and the room was clean everyday. The staff were very helpful. Restaurant is very good!

Enjoyed the stay, the location was good and it was completely spotless. Lovely breakfast provided. We had the room overlooking the square which was a little loud in the early morning due to deliveries. Would recommend light sleepers to take a room further into the building.

Nice place to stay to explore Etna or do Parkrun. No problems.

Spend 2 days here, no problems and staff always polite and helpful exactly what you need!

Really lovely room, big towels, comfortable bed, good shower and a host that was excellent!

This hotel was a little hard to locate at first but the owners were so helpful in advising where I could park and coming down to meet me when I arrived. The location is fantastic, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the fish markets and all the tourists sites. The room is comfortable with good Air Conditioning and well laid out shower and bathroom. Everything was a great standard. The breakfast was great- lots to choose from! Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect and breakfast was wonderful
