We arrived just after 9pm and waited for 10 minutes before anyone came to reception, to help us check in.
We then got to our room and there was a plastic bag over the fire alarm, there were no toiletries in our bathroom. We were only staying overnight but had to open our suitcase in order to get soap out to wash our hands or shower. Only paper cups to have tea or coffee. Pillow was lumpy and uncomfortable. For the price I paid I expected it to be better. Please do better!
