"The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My room was large, clean and comfortable. We had a van as there were several of us and the parking lot did not easily accommodate it, but that was our only issue. I’d definitely come back and recommend the hotel. "

The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. "I didn't have a pet with me but I saw other customers that did. They do welcome pets. The breakfast was good! 2 types of bread, ham, Swiss cheese, orange juice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted condiments, and excellent espresso, coffee, or cappuccino. The only constructive criticism I offer is I wish there was an in room Keurig or kettle for evening herbal tea. Also a vending machine in the lobby would be nice for late night snacks. We stayed in a tiny house and it was quiet and private. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Trier area. "

They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"
