Achlum Trip

Such a lovely hotel, fab area super close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet pretty road. Beautiful room the bath was fab and everything was super clean. The staff were amazing super welcoming & helpful. The only thing is the balcony’s could be separated a bit better, maybe a screen. Loved the rituals products in the bathroom. Was a perfect home from home I will definitely stay here again. Ohh my fave part was the cat that lives there and the trees and view from the balcony was super peaceful. Oh and my bed was sooo comfy and my room was beautifully decorated.

We loved our stay at the Room mate. We had a couple issues with the room that were fixed immediately . They even gave us some complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. The view of the canal was stunning from our room. We really enjoyed staying here.

Good location within a short walk of train station and tram stops. Staff were friendly and very helpful (improvising a vase for our mother's day flowers). Rooms were clean and well-equipped, but there were some style-over-substance design choices (e.g., glass cylinder shower that clogged and overflowed, tiny wash basin). Not many options for food - particularly dinner - without a bit of a walk, mitigated by easy access to trams.
