Don't book with this listing. It's a 3rd party agent who will give you a different location which is about twn bucks cheaper and will not charge you the lower rate.

I seriously need a refund or a discount. It took 2 hours to check in due to the poor communication between the property management and the entity who runs the hotel operations. It's totally not worth the money. The worst thing is that nobody officially apologised about the situation up until now. My request has been ignored all along. Never recommend to anyone and I seriously think hotels.com should be responsible for the service quality filtering and take down the listing of this property. The customer care agent wasn't helpful at all.

I never stayed at the lennox. Upon arrival i was informed that i must stay at another location. Upon asking for a refund i was instructed to cancel on expedia and i will get refund. Being a long time customer of Expedia, i know that the cancelation time has expired. Very unprofessional host that dealt with me. I strongly advise that expedia doesnt allow this to happen to its customers
