"Clean and spacious but uncomfortable beds and pillow. Could of been time of year but there was no staff at property. We were given 1 towel each over a 5 night stay and asked for a refresh twice but nothing."

"The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately we had very little to NO hot water! Even though we let the water run ahead of time, it was barely warm and turned to freezing within 5 minutes in the shower. We would definitely NOT recommend staying at the Anchor Inn! Clearly all of the owners’ profits and resources are used for the adjacent Marina Bay Hotel."

"Again, our bathroom was filthy had to clean tub ourselves. We could not receive additional wash cloths as there was none. The washcloths we received were filthy dirty and actually had handprints on them. The staff was incredible. They provided great customer service and upon hearing about the state of our room, my stay was already comped. For this reason, I would definitely give them another chance."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. We felt safe in and around the property. We elected to have breakfast out, I have no doubt it was as nice as everything else. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!"
