"The room was very clean. Overall my stay was very good. The only thing I didn’t like is when the people go to the pool and leave the towel on chairs and they never show up. That leaves us with no chairs to enjoy the pool. I think they should not let people make reservations on the pool. "

"Clean room, staff very courteous, pool kept clean. Breakfast pastries boring, same staff day after day. One very expensive restaurant on the resort, no possibility to by any snacks or drinks, in need for a small store. Had to hire a cab every time you needed to go to the restaurant areas, Main Street, if you wanted to by any food supply. The beach restaurant same expensive, with limited menu. Constant cab drives for every need made it very expensive, not practical."

"Perfect location, very nice facilities, security service, very clean housekeeper, very courteous and attentive receptionist upon arrival. However, the reception service was very poor in the following days. The biggest attraction is definitely the spectacular view from the balconies; you can see the entire Acapulco Bay! A huge health problem, reported daily (I have photos), was that cockroaches were coming out all over the room. The facade needs urgent attention. The hotel has everything to be one of the best. Excellent hotel!"

"First of all, Acapulco is still recovering from the Hurricane Otis in 2023. Almost everywhere is the non-stop noises of demolition and construction. The Acamar Hotel is also at this time. It's a nice enough Hotel, but noisy by design. and when it's full IT IS NOISY! there's no escaping the noise, which is true for most all of Mexico. The beach is nice and calm, the pool is nice and clean. The Staff are very helpful. The restaurant is very large and the food was good. There is nothing much open after 8pm except Dominoes and some street vendors, nothing else, period. The "party buses" roar through that intersection with their music blasting and horns are honking from early until late. It was fun for a few days but bring your ear-plugs! "
