Hotel is old but clean. No frills. With Taxes it comes in at about 100 US. The cost is too high for what you receive. The Pool view is AWESOME. The staff is friendly, efficient. Here comes the sad part, the food Is very expensive and absolutely terrible. My Tuna steak seemed to be deep fried, the breakfast Buffet is an embarrassment to this hotel! It’s okay to put a little salt and or spices when you cook. No taste, No Flavor. But, if you like onions you will be very happy!

The food staff is not very attentive, let's say, the floor of the room moved or thundered because the title was loose. the cleaning is excellent and the waitress was also very kind

First time I’d remember it better than this past one, all of the four rooms had a situation; leeks or only cold water. As well it is kind of a bothering the tightness of their staff asking the rooms number like if you where not at stay within the hotel, as well it is so bothering the fact that the hours to access is at 4pm and we have to leave the rooms at 12pm, they say it is for cleaning purpose but they did it within our stay days between 3-5pm

Hands down the best kept secret in Acapulco. You have access to the best views, little semi-private beach. Icacos beach walking distance (200 steps). Odd number rooms with ocean views are amazing. Corner ones are the upgrade of your life, aka best views you have ever had. I've stayed here a few times already. Love it.

El hotel estuvo bien, nada fuera del otro mundo, pero todo en orden, limpio y cumple su función. Pero la playa alrededor del hotel decepciona mucho, esa zona de Acapulco ya no vale la pena, la ciudad está sucia y se nota insegura

By and large it was a pleasant experience. However, as the room was right above the restaurant was kind of noisy at nights. By the way, I hate the wrist strap that you have to use at the property . . .

The towels had stains on them, there was no remote for tv or AC in the room, the bathroom sink was dirty we couldn’t used it.

I love this property. There was a plumbing issue with my room because the hot water did not work and it took a long while for them to change my room, which was not as nice as my original room but it was okay. Thanks.

Francisco ,jesus ,karina have a great customer service they went more than beyond....to please us ...it was my birthday celebration and they help us to have a great party I highly recommend this hotel because of the great value on their employees....the facility needs to have some improvement but overall was a pleasure to stay there for my 4th time

In two occasions (restaurant and pool) tried to charge me things I did not order and overpriced things even though in the menu indicates different. The rooms and the service in general are good but the fee is not worthy. Although the beach around the property is public there is not attempt to keep it clean and encourage to third persons not to drink and leave their garbage over there or in the rocks. It is sad because the property has a nice view. I guess they do not care at all.

Great stay in Acapulco! Carlos at the front desk is fantastic and very knowledgeable. He definitely deserves a raise! My family loved the breakfast and the pools. Very safe feeling all throughout the property and around. We will definitely come back soon!

There are better places in Mexico for vacation
Average hotel, old building, staff works hard to maintain business. The building needs renovation. Can provide coffee maker per request. All toiletries are included. Towels need upgrade -too old. The hotel has swimming pools and an access to the beach. The ocean in this area is clean but rough, hard to swim. All Beaches around Acapulco need more attention regarding cleaning. The hotel has a restaurant but I didn’t use. I lot of places to eat around. Truly recommend Chile, Mainz y Frijol across the street as a great quality of real Mexican cuisine for low price. Be aware there is no Uber in Acapulco and the only one way to get to the hotel from the airport is a taxi. Buses work great around the city . Carlos / front desk who works 3p-11p is English speaking and will help you with all your needs. My personal thanks to him for all his help and patience.
