"My stay was amazing. The front desk was friendly and helpful and allowed my to drop off my bags before checking in. The view from the roof deck is stunning! And so quiet! You dont hear the hussle of Paris. The hotel is close and convenient to the metro, shops, and cathedral. I highly recommend and will stay here again. Oh! They have everything you need if want to cook!"

"Room was clean, but wreaked of cigarette smell despite it being a non-smoking room. Absolutely the kindest and most helpful staff available at all times. Central location to tour every part of Paris. "

"No wi-fi, no heating, no air conditioning. Charged an extra 100 euros when I checked in, and another 70 euros when I checked out. Cleaning staff was inconsistent. Close to transportation and food, good sized bed and shower, but a very small toilet area."

"The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay. "

"Lovely location. The room has inadequate light--a 40 watt bulb and 2 tiny desk lamps. Air conditioner did not work. This was bad as the room was too hot to sleep in without opening the window which opened to the noise from the bar below making it impossible to sleep. The AC control was removed from the room. So, the AC was not broken. The hotel rendered it unusable."

"Broken everything. Asked 3 days to fix the light. Nothing happened. Toilet doesn’t flash, broken ceiling, half hanging light, broken base board corner. Shower door too small. Washroom is wet every time after shower even be very careful. "
