"Located inside a shopping area I didn't expect so many shops. Food was excellent everywhere and the service I received was top notch. I have injured my food and the manager (Moheb) was so kind to take me personally to the hospital for xrays: incredible service !! They also arranged an excellent door to door service to Cairo allowing extra space for my leg at a very competitive price. Well done !"

"This location is about a 20 minute walk to the sea coast. The walk offers a lot to take in within old Alexandria. The location itself is safe, the front desk is excellent, and is welcoming. I would recommend this location for an adventure seeking travelers."

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. "Clean room with great balcony view. Roof top breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and staff were super helpful all the time. Very family friendly with great seating areas!
