the hotel is old but acceptable. can cook your own food and can call grocery for any items and get it delivered to your room..

They don’t have non smoking room as customers book a non smoking room and still they smoke in the room according to reception. The room was still wet when we get in, only 1 towel was there in the wet toilet. The building is already old and there are people smoking next to it so it is not advisable for a family with kids. I asked the hotel if they could check me out and that I would be by later in the week to pick up my things, the problem is I didn't get my things from the room. Housekeeping said my things were not there. So my items just "disappeared". They lost a customer for life!

Moldy ceilings & water damage

Dirt not cleaned out of kitchen cabinets. Whole room entrance ceiling moldy. Moldy wall and ceiling above kitchen range hood. Moly shower tile grout. Poor wifi. Poor TV selection.

Not strict to us. Very accimodating staff. Only problem for some maintenance no immefiate action like our main door cannot lock and they didnt repair. Safety is not their concern.

Convenient location and large room

Its located at convenient place. The room is quite big but some of the utensils and fittings are old and rusted. This require replacement. Parking facility not available so you have to park in public parking. The Maharaja reataurant serves best Indian food. I really loved it. I was staying in 9th floor so night there was too much noice due to maintenance and repair. I complaint at the reception twice after which they stopped the work.

Eine Zumutung für jeden Gast!

Wir waren (zum Glück) nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, aber diese hat uns vollkommen gereicht. Die Zimmer stinken, an der Decke begrüßt einen der Schimmel, am WC liegen noch Haare des Vorgängers, im Bett fanden wir auch fremde Haare. Man gab uns darauf neue Zimmer, die Betten waren aber wieder voller Haare. Wir schliefen in unseren Kleidern, da wir uns nichts einfangen wollten.

never say no to hotel guests

the room was good but the beddings was too smelly, so we decided to ask the reception to change it , they did, but same smell we got from the new cover , then when we ask the reception to book us for a taxi, the reception told the staff to book , but when we get down, we saw them arguing it seems that the bellboy refuse to get a taxi for us, so we decided to just book for a taxi for ourselves, we even request for a slipper but the reception told us they dont have, but we saw the other guest they are wearing a hotel slipper, the swimming fool also not available, we are planning to stay 1 more night but we decided to transfer to other hotel nearby with available facilities.

Hôtel sur le déclin

Appartement assez grand mais complètement à rénover, vieux tissus d'ameublement, peu d'ouverture dans les appartements, des rafistolages sur les joints des sanitaires faits n'importe comment, sans parler de la clim qui est poussée à fond : un nid de microbes en perspectives ! Une odeur de renfermé est présente dans les couloirs et les chambres, pour nous c'est un hôtel à éviter !

Nice Hotel for short stay

I didn't like the fact that the hotel fools its customers by assigning the worst room to a guest. I was assigned room 406 which shoulders the three elevators and next to the maintenance room. You can imagine all types of noise not to mention the sound of elevator rings every time a door is open throughout the 12 story building.

Good value

We spent 2 nights at Ramee Royal Hotel Apartments and were very satisfied with our room, the facilities, the friendly manager and obliging staff, and found the location near the Al Wahda Mall and the bus terminal very useful. Good value for money... would stay there again.

Excellent Apartment Hotel In Abu Dhabi

Value for money for Abu Dhabi, it was excellent, if you are looking for 5 star luxury, then probably not for you but if you are wanting a good hotel with kitchen, including, large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine then fantastic value. Room also had good flat TV and DVD player, bathroom was a bit dated but still good shower etc. Location is also very good, from Airport it is around 50 Dirhams or about £9, to the main supermarket Al Whahdal it is just about £2 for taxi or 20p on bus and buses are very good. It is about 15 minutes to the main exhibition centre and costs about £3 or £4, to the public beach it is 30 mins on the bus, once again 20p. Staff in the hotel were excellent and really mean that, anything you asked for you got, they were all so polite and friendly. There is a rooftop pool, pretty small but good enough to jump in to cool down, there is also a gym and an Indian Restaurant within the hotel. There are 3 Ramee Hotels in Abu Dhabi, so watch for taxis as they do get confused, always say Ramee Royal Apartment Hotel, it is the one next to the education ministry pass the bus station and shopping mall. When I have to go back to Abu Dhabi, I will certainly use this hotel again.

Quality of service at this Hotel mediocre at best. Our room/bed was never cleaned for the 3 days we stayed there. its a good thing we keep our rooms very clean when we travel. If you like to use a wash cloth when showering, its a good idea to bring your own when traveling to this region. None of the mid range hotels provide wash cloths in the UAE it seems.
