The service is not that good. I waited for my luggage for almost 20 minutes. It’s not very professional. You can tell they really wait tips. This makes me uncomfortable. A 5 star shouldn’t like this. Also the treat guests as suspects and keep asked to questions all time. I won’t come back here.

Charge me for a bucket of ICE.
I was shocked to learn that the hotel wanted to charge me AED$10 for a bucket of ice since the fridge was not cold at all. The lady said she told me over the phone but I couldn’t understand her due to her accent. Luckily, she was willing to take the ice away when I declined to pay (I was also heading out for dinner and the ice will melt away when I get back).

The a/c was could would not change and was too cold. Also, the TV did not have a good selection of languages. Should at least have BBC news. Silly, two remote art up too that has to be fixed.

The hotel is located in a tourist area. You can find many cheap restaurants with high-quality foods and supermarkets near the hotel. The Abu Dhabi mall is 20 min walk from the hotel. There is a mosque 20 meters close to the hotel and you can have free unlimited drinking water from the mosque for 24h. The Price and quality of the hotel are very good in Abu Dhabi compared to other international hotels around the world!!!!

property is below average don’t get fooled by the pictures I reserved it because it said it was VIP they didn’t offer Any upgrades. The pool was below average. I ordered room service, Breakfast and the guy said pay me cash which kind of sounded shady. Never had that happen before.

It's a nice hotel, but if you are looking for a luxurious stay check others 5 stars hotel. Breakfast was a bit limited and there isn’t much around the hotel

Good budget hotel
While no one will mistake Burj Al Sarab with the other hotel with a similar name, this hotel is a decent place to stay on a budget. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Amenities are decent, and the pool, jacuzzi and gym are quite pleasant. The location near the corniche, the port and Saadiyat Island are also pluses.

It was close to the beach and a lot of markets and stores, but once you get in you see dinning area next to reception and entrance and you smell the foods. Not a real 5 star hotel.
