"Highly professional and service minded personnel. Facility is very beautiful and rooms are in good condition. Food is made on local resources and very interesting. Breakfast amazing. Our only serious complaint was the temperature in the rooms. There is no AC so we unfortunately barely slept at all. This would only be a problem in the summer though. "

"Super-friendly, helpful staff. No problems with speaking English. Was able to launder all of my clothes after the airline soaked my soft-sided luggage with water of unknown quality. The hotel was close to some nice hiking trails, and it was possible to book a "midnight sun" hike at the front desk. Both restaurants in the hotel were good, and the free breakfast was just about the best free breakfast anywhere. Swedish pancakes with a variety of toppings, and smoked salmon were available. Ginger shots for your juice! The view from many of the windows in the hotel was breathtaking. Will definitely return someday. Transportation from the airport in Kirula is either a bit expensive or a bit inconvenient depending on which option you choose. Plan ahead."
