He was incredibly courteous and made sure everything was properly stocked. I let him know the coffee was out and he promptly brewed more and even brought me a fresh cup while I was waiting. "The staff was welcoming and polite. The rooms were clean but the mattress and pillow were lumpy. Still got a decent night's sleep. The breakfast room was clean and there was a good sepection of cold and hot foods. The pool was clean and the water was warm enough for the kids to enjoy a couple hours of fun. "
