I really enjoyed my stay. The room was affordable and very clean. I stayed for 3 nights and got to know the staff, they were so professional and pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good. I had a waffle with some eggs and bacon and a glass of orange juice. Walmart is less than a mile up the street along with some places to eat. Cracker barell is just across the road. Thanks to the staff for making my stay wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved everything about the hotel will definitely stay again when in the area . The breakfast was really good and well stocked biscuits and gravy bacon scrambled eggs waffles fresh fruit

Guests next door were up screaming until after midnight. Their kids woke up screaming at 530 am. They also tried multiple times to come through the joint door into my room. I was very uneasy. I didn't get any sleep on my stay.

At first i was a bit nervous about staying but i read reviews and called and spoke to the front desk and they were super friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and was so very pleasant to talk to.

Room was clean although a bit dated. Breakfast was the standard fare. The rooms on one side of the hotel are near the highway and noisey.

The room was nice, which is very good, of course, and the window actually opened, so I could get a cool breeze at night. But the motel changed my room key the second day, and, carrying a load of equipment at the end of a long day, I found I was locked out, necessitating a long trip back downstairs to the desk with the load of stuff. In addition, I do not know how anyone can make bacon tasteless, but these guys managed it. The whole experience was not bad, but . . . meh.

Front desk staff were fantastic. The only issue I have is there not being daily housekeeping. Understood the reasoning for cutting back during the covid hysteria, but I had hoped that things would go back to normal with daily housekeeping in the rooms. Other than that, no complaints. Great hotel and staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had more choices than other similar hotel breakfasts. The bathtub was worn although clean. The hotel was surrounded by parking lots so not ideal for an extended stay where you might spend leisure time at the hotel.

Front desk was great. We were able to check in early and she was very sweet and helpful. The property itself was a little off putting. The floor in our room sloped and creaked under the carpet. Housekeeping couldn’t provide us a full roll of toilet paper and although the breakfast was thoughtful and varied, the eating room was much too small and crowded - overflow was directed to a guest room that had been converted to additional seating with table and chairs.

Always welcoming. A nice coffee and tea bar when you come in at any time. The BEST breakfast buffet of any motel we’ve ever stayed in. These things are why we keep coming back here when we come to Abingdon annually. ❤️

We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, hallways, and lobby, and the friendliness of the staff. Also the variety and quality of the breakfast was good (better than many other motel breakfasts these days). The only negative for us was the fact that we could hear our neighbors very clearly, word for word, when they talked next door. We thought we would have to complain, but they stopped talking around 10 o'clock p.m.

I was disappointed that as a Country Inn & Suites it would be held to a higher standard. Clearly, I was wrong. The rooms were clean but it was apparent that this hotel was built many years ago because it was very obviously dated.
