We enjoyed staying here. They made us feel like we were at home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing front desk. Girls were very sweet and kind. Great hospitality
The bed was very soft and comfortable and the television was good. The refrigerator was useful too, but ther were lots of cockroaches! I don't like bugs and roaches are the worst. I rate this place 2 stars because of the roach infestation. There was also a hot plate and a microwave oven but i wouldnt want to cook in there because of the roach problem.
Nice little home away from home had one set of towels bt washed them everyday during our stay and didn’t complain because the workers are extremely busy and very sweet this is why I bring my own linens bleach and fabuloso to any hotel I stay at. I asked for a mop and broom cause I love to clean and cleaned my room everyday even took my own trash out you know why cause I can and I’m not lazy I really enjoyed staying 10/10. Very accommodating staff and sweet to my family.
This hotel smells terrible, and is pretty nasty overall. The staff were great. I had no issues with checking in. The staff were very nice and even helped get the cable working. The hotel just needs to be thoroughly cleaned. It was one of those places you don’t want to take your shoes off in, and yes that is inside the room!

Disliked: Room comfort
Not worth the price. Sort of cleaned a little
Went there for one night because we were supposed to have really bad storms and some tornadoes possibly so she put us on the top floor. The drawer by the dresser between the beds was broken. The bed itself was a box spring I think and felt like old rusty springs from an old car in a box and my body hurts all over today trying to sleep on that. There was a full size fridge but no ice machine and I left a bag of ice I bought. No breakfast. The place is ten years old but felt like 50 years old inside. The outside looks nice. The inside awful. No pool, no breakfast, full prices and no ice and really old bed. Mattress is covered in a bed bug protected sleeve and so were the very thin pillows. Dog hairs on sheets and a dryer sheet by the foot of the sheets in my bed. I can't believe I paid over $100. I could have stayed at Motel 6 for less and had ice. Elevator smelled like pot smoke. When someone was at the desk they were friendly checking in. Checking out no one was there and had to find a place to leave the room keys after 9am.
i have been trying to contact the property since May 12, it is May 20. The phone just rings and no one ever answers. I called Choice to try and resolve my issue and they called and could not reach anyone.
They double charged me and I can not get intouch with anyone from the front desk to refund my money. I'm not happy at all with this facility. We had to change rooms
because front desk person put us in a room woth no T.V and tols us since we booked third party there were no discounts. After my husband insisted on a room with a tv did we get one. No one at the facility was direspectful or rude. I encountered two employees during my stay and they were very polite. I just didnt like the begining of the stay and surely not liking them double charging me and not being able to be reached.
CALLED to talk with the manager Michelle and she had a very nasty attitude and said she didnt give a damn about the charge because this was her last day and she refused to look into the situation thouroughly. Choice hotel need to have better managers managing their hotel. i am seriously thinking about did membering myself along with my other business associates because the attitude I received was very unprofessional.
If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. First of all, they don't do refunds, and now I know why. They make you pay full cost up front, so you're trapped there. In my case, I was trapped there for 2 weeks; I've seen, smelt, and heard it all. First walking into the hotel, the overpowering smell of weed and smoke was overbearing. I then took the elevator (which hardly works), walked into a man smoking in the elevator...disgusting on the hotels part. After one night stay there, I brought my extreme health concerns of breathing to them, they still refused a refund. Very disappointed, for the smoke and weed smell was in the stairwells, the hallways, and ventured into my own room.
The longer I stayed the more I noticed how gross the floors were and how much dog hair (from what I assume was the previous stayer) was left uncleaned, especially in the bathroom corners. The room I was staying in smelt like someone had been living in it for a bit.
There was also not one night I stayed where the bathroom vent was not banging LOUDLY.
My room's upper lock was non existent; as a woman on a work trip, I did not feel safe.
On the outside, it looks like a decent hotel, on the inside you must know that there's no services provided, no breakfast, no sheet changing, no towel refills, or garbage removing services, you must do it all yourself. Not even coffee, just vending machines.
As a woman, do NOT stay here. I've heard men screaming as well. Again, I do not recommend this hotel.
