"We had a lovely stay. Close to local shops and beach. Room was very clean. Balcony area was nice to sit and drink coffee in the mornings. Cafe underneath was handy for breakfast in the mornings. We chatted with the owners. Friendly people who didnt mind us fussing over their lovely big dog, Wolfie. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. "We stayed one night as we were catching the Fishguard Ferry to Ireland the next day. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and although we did not need to use the bus it would be ideal for someone staying longer who wanted to get around without using their car. We drove ten minutes up the road to Newport Beach and was able to park right on the sea front with no charge for parking. We then walked up into the village and enjoyed looking around the small village with its assortment of quaint shops....
