"Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. We had some trouble finding the accomodation, so make sure you double check the address beforehand, but Lynda was a dear guiding us there and was always available for questions during the stay. "Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Dinner was really delicious, and served quickly, portions a great size. Breakfast equally lovely! They’ve got a little outside area to enjoy a drink, and loads of parking. The village is really cute as well. Definitely staying again!"

"Started off really well. One of the people from The Crown (which is part of the same group and does amazing food? spotted us walking through town and came and helped us get in the front door. Went downhill from there. The room smelt of cigarettes when we arrive and there were burns in the carpet. The bathroom was filthy. There was a layer of dirt all over the floor, to the point that I thought maybe it was the cover of the floor to start with, until I realised the white bits of floor behind the bath were still white, so it was definitely dirt. Loose bits all over it as well. Bath hadn’t been cleaned and there was dirt in the overflow waste hole on the sink. Bedding and towels were very clean luckily. Tried calling but no answer. Spoke to someone in the morning and they said the manager would contact me but they haven’t. Could’ve really lovely if they sort out the cleaning"

"This was an amazingly relaxed place to visit. The white horse inn was brilliant.lots of little touches that embellished the visit. Top quality and extremely good value for money. Food was fantastic , the fish pie and stake and ale pie would really have me coming back. Their ales are great and if your a cider drinker they likely have one you'll appreciate. Didn't want to leave. Go and visit a community pub. You'll see one here."
