"Really friendly staff and a lovely restaurant..."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Queensbridge Hotel. The staff were wonderful, and so was the breakfast, with plenty of choice and eggs cooked fresh as needed. First class! However our room was on the back and looked out at scaffolding to the building. Beyond that we saw the mountain which was good. The room was ideal for a family, and on the first floor. The drawback was the lift not working and the dining room was downstairs. The bathroom could have been cleaner with the door having spills down it and dust on the ledges. Lovely people. "

"Lots of parking. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food and drink were good and reasonable value. Would definitely stay again."

"Location is stunning and the walks along the cliffs were breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was plentiful but the hot food was not very good. Have had better at a Premier Inn. The morning we checked out something nauseating that smelled like poo had been sprayed or dumped nearby and it assaulted our noses upon exiting the building. Glad we were leaving that day as we would have been stuck inside. Also, our bathroom towel bar and fan were not working. The outside patio lights need to have a switch to turn off. We were blinded all night and had to hang towels on them to sleep. lol. I think I left them there accidentally. Oops "

"Great local place, within walking distance of the town. Lovely breakfast good quality ingredients, staff were lovely and friendly made you feel welcome."

"Lovely hotel and facilities. Rooms are really clean. Beds are very comfortable. Lovely linen. Food at the harbourmaster is excellent as are the staff. Definitely plan to return soon."
