"We had an excellent stay and were consistently impressed by the high standard of service throughout. The team were warm, attentive, and professional, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. A special mention to Daniyal, who went above and beyond - particularly in assisting us during a medical situation, ensuring everything was handled quickly and with great care. His support, along with that of Mohsin during a memorable rooftop visit, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We would also like to recognise the wider team across the executive lounge, housekeeping, and front of house, all of whom contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. Overall, a fantastic stay - we would not hesitate to return and recommend the hotel to others. "

"We had a wonderful time at this location. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Food was great. Just on snag at the breakfast was the indifference of the supporting staff. Getting regular tea bags became such a big problem. One minor issue was the bathroom door lock. You could not lock it and if you did you couldn’t unlock it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel strongly."

"Amenties, decor, quality of workmanship outstanding, better than several usa doubletree hotels. Staff excellent 2 issues 1. Soundproofing between rooms not optimal...could hear sounds from adjustant room 2. Massage was excellent, marred by loud noises from children playing in adjustant pool/jacuzzi...either relocate massage to different area or make room soundproof.thanks"
