"The room was great but we had accidentally booked for the wrong month. We booked the right month and spoke to the lady at check in - she assured us that they had received our request to get a refund. After that I heard nothing except that Hotels.com had tried to contact them about this and heard nothing back - so too bad. We are out a lot of money (yes, I know it was non-refundable) but in this circumstance it’s pretty obvious that it’s an honest mistake and the had another month to rebook the room and we did book another night with them in lieu of it on the correct date. Very disappointed."
