Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. However during our stay, our one bedroom apartment TV was spoilt on the 2nd day. Informed the staff and they cannot solve the problem, so left us with no entertainment at all throughout our stay for the next 4 days. "

"The apartment is well-located and spacious, but badly in need of TLC. Many fixtures were broken, and the decor was dismal. The lounge in the sitting room - a fold out bed - was too uncomfortable to be used. Worst, the stair rail in the dimly-lit entry hall had come away from the wall, so was dangerous. "

"Flat 203 was a little run down, and hadn't been cleaned well - there was congealed food on the tables and chewing gum stuck to the bathroom tiles, along with a weird smell from the dishwasher which meant we hand-washed all weekend. We also saw a mouse run around the living room, so we had to keep all food secured inside the fridge. The living room is huge and the sofa and bed are comfortable. "

"The original room I had booked wasn't available, so I was given a replacement which turned out to be a fantastic apartment in a better place of the city. I'm very happy with the way this was dealt with and the quality of the replacement.
